Dr. Elizabeth Fried Interviews Fellows from The Honor Foundation

Here's an opportunity to meet one of the fellows  from The Honor Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping Navy Seals, Marine Raiders, Green Berets, Delta Force and other Special Operation Forces transition from the military to the civilian workforce.  Dr. Fried has been serving as a pro bono for the organization, and her program:  It's My Honor, gives you a chance to meet the THF fellows and see and hear their stories.  These fellows  are a dynamic, interesting, and highly skilled group who bring very special talents that can benefit your organization.  For a preview of how you can utilize their extraordinary skills and talents, listen to what CEO and President of Envision Solar says about his positive experience with THF grads.

December 1, 2017:  Dr. Elizabeth Fried  interviewed  Jason Torey, a member of THF's Group 13.  Jason is a transitioning Navy SEAL, Command Master Chief (Executive Leader)  with 24 years' experience  leading cross-functional teams.  He has been involved in departmental, divisional, and senior level leadership in strategy development, organizational structure development, operations management, program management, multi-million dollar budget management, program development, human resource management, and operational risk management.

Jason has BS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, an  MS in Strategic Leadership  from The University of Charleston, an MBA from Washington State University, and expects to complete his Ph.D. in executive leadership from The University of Charleston in May, 2019.   Jason will retire from active service  in August, 2018  and is considering both the corporate and academic environments  for the next chapter of his career.
