Dr. Elizabeth Fried Interviews Fellows from The Honor Foundation

Here's an opportunity to meet one of the fellows  from The Honor Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping Navy Seals, Marine Raiders, Green Berets, Delta Force and other Special Operation Forces transition from the military to the civilian workforce.  Dr. Fried has been serving as a pro bono for the organization, and her program:  It's My Honor, gives you a chance to meet the THF fellows and see and hear their stories.  These fellows  are a dynamic, interesting, and highly skilled group who bring very special talents that can benefit your organization.  For a preview of how you can utilize their extraordinary skills and talents, listen to what CEO and President of Envision Solar says about his positive experience with THF grads.

December 17, 2018:  Dr. Elizabeth Fried  interviewed  Jason Witbeck, a member of THF's Group 17.  Jason will transition in October, 2019 from the Navy SEALs with over 10 years' experience.  In his most recent role, he was responsible for designing and implementing a new curriculum that has enhanced the effectiveness SEAL qualification training.  There he instructed more than 1200 candidates.  Jason was also hand selected for the SEAL officer assessment and selection team which was responsible for selecting the most viable SEAL officer candidates for training.  In addition, while still on active duty, he was an intern for two financial organizations:  Pure Financial Advisors and California Capital Management.  He is looking forward  to beginning another internship with Jump Investors,  a venture capital firm.

Jason graduated with a BS in organizational leadership from the University of Charleston in 2016 and Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) degree in 2018 from University of Southern California (USC), while on active duty.  This degree  is a fully accredited graduate degree awarded by USC Marshall School of Business. Much like an Executive MBA, the program is designed to leverage the management and leadership experience gained during military service.
