Dr. Elizabeth Fried Interviews Fellows from The Honor Foundation

Here's an opportunity to meet one of the fellows  from The Honor Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping Navy Seals, Marine Raiders, Green Berets, Delta Force and other Special Operation Forces transition from the military to the civilian workforce.  Dr. Fried has been serving as a pro bono for the organization, and her program:  It's My Honor, gives you a chance to meet the THF fellows and see and hear their stories.  These fellows  are a dynamic, interesting, and highly skilled group who bring very special talents that can benefit your organization.  For a preview of how you can utilize their extraordinary skills and talents, listen to what CEO and President of Envision Solar says about his positive experience with THF grads.

December 12, 2018:  Dr. Elizabeth Fried  interviewed  Ryan Weitzel, a member of THF's Group 17.  Ryan  transitioned  from the Navy as a Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman (SWCC)  with 6 years' experience.  He professionally developed over 200 SWCC personnel by designing material and facilitating courses in military communication planning and practices.  Ryan also managed specialized equipment training programs involving five organization and over 300 SWCC and SEAL personnel,  involving a $23M budget. He desires to use his leadership skills and unique experience to mentor leaders and positively impact organization culture by delivering results that helps others achieve more.

Ryan  received BS in psychology from the University of Arizona in 2010 and expects to complete his MS in strategic leadership in 2019 from the University of Charleston.
