Self-Assessment Offerings

Management Assessments
Management Assessments are very important steps we take to
ensure quality
results. We consider where you are, where you are going, and how you are
going to get there when selecting which Management
Assessments are right for you.
There are many
types of self-assessments—behavioral
style, values, and thinking (cognitive) processes.
The behavioral styles tell us
how
we act. The values tell us why we act—our drivers. And, the
thinking (cognitive) processes tell us what we perceive about the world around us. All
three help us understand ourselves better and provide ways for us to increase
our performance and be more successful. We are certified on all the assessments we use,
which have
been validated with extensive testing. Take a moment to scan through
your options below and see where you might like to begin.
Behavior Styles—Success
Insights™
Research has shown that people tend to be attracted to
and influenced by people whose behavior styles are similar to their own.
Understanding your behavioral style and those of others will help you be more
effective in communicating with your co-workers, clients, and managers.
This is an excellent tool for sales people who want to be more influential
with their customers. It also is a great tool for managers to use with
new employees. It quickly allows a manager to zone in on the work style
of a new hire and determine how to best give feedback and
delegate assignments. This extra edge helps managers motivate their
staff to achieve peak performance.
The assessment takes between ten to fifteen minutes to
compete. When finished, you'll receive a 20-page report that
reflects your natural behavioral style and your behavioral style at
work. You'll learn the extent to which these two styles are either
align or conflict and why you may either be relaxed or stressed in your
work environment. Additionally, you'll receive a
downloadable workbook to help you analyze your report and create an action
plan for success.
You can choose to purchase this assessment and
complete the workbook on your own. Alternatively, you can request a one-hour debrief at an
additional fee. To learn more, please contact

Values—Workplace
Motivators™
What is your personal mission? What are the key
drivers in your life? What is your passion? It will be quite a
revelation when you understand how just one or two values affect your
motivation and ultimately your personal and job satisfaction. Once you are clear on this, you can make better career and personal
choices. As a bonus, understanding and appreciating others' values can
increase your effectiveness at framing your communications to appeal to their
motivations. This small adjustment will help expand your
sphere of influence to get buy-in when selling ideas or products.
The assessment takes between ten to fifteen minutes to
compete. When finished, you'll receive a 23-page report that reflects your
values hierarchy. Here's what you'll learn:
-
The general characteristics of your values
-
How your values contribute to your organization's success
-
The best ways to manage and motivate you
-
Training, Professional Development, and Learning Insights
-
How to overcome possible limitations imposed by your values

Thinking (Cognitive) Style—Trimetrix®
System
Personal Report
We make multiple decisions daily about people, tasks, and
systems. How we rank order the importance of these three elements, as
they relate
to both our external and internal worlds, reflects our unique thinking
pattern. In fact, this assessment identifies 291,600 possible thinking
pattern combinations that can occur as we make decisions. While a person may have the relevant behavior style and
values set to perform a job, their manner of thinking can preclude them from
performing that job effectively. The Attribute Index™ helps to identify
this cognitive process and isolates areas of strengths and development.
Armed with that information, we can make recommendations to reinforce your
strengths or provide training resources.
The assessment takes between ten to fifteen minutes to
compete. When finished, you'll receive a 25-page report that explains your
decision-making process as it relates to people, tasks, and systems.
You'll learn:
-
Your strengths and weakness compared to the population at
large
-
What internally and externally motivates you
-
Specific targets for reinforcement and development
-
Your preferred work environment
While a person may want and value something very much (why)
and have the behavioral style (how) to accomplish it, they must have
the power to clearly see what it takes to actually get it done.
If they lack this clarity, no matter how hard they try, they'll be stuck.
This assessment identifies your "sticking" points, and then prescribes
training resources to overcome those hurdles. You'll be amazed at how
much it can tell you about yourself—it's almost scary!
Executive Coaching Starts
With YOU
Executive
coaching is a present-centered program of what it is you and your business
want to achieve, how we are going to achieve it, when we are going to achieve it
and all the steps we are going to take in getting there.
Let us take an experiment with our
Executive Coaching programs to examine what it might take for you to benefit
from an executive coach :
-
Be willing to change. Shortcuts are never an option, if you
are not 100% committed to making the effort it will not work.
-
Be open to constructive criticism. This feedback is
imperative for improvement. It is always very hard to see yourself as others
see you.
-
Measuring yourself accurately. We will look into the
insight from those around you that work for you. Always seeking honest
feedback to better aid where you stand.
-
he difficult truth is that we seldom listen. We must learn
to listen to feedback.
An
executive coach
helps you take charge of your reality, not dance around it. We require that you
ask yourself difficult questions about who you are. This requires time and it
all depends on how eager you are to change. By honestly following through, we
can ensure better quality and results through our executive coaching programs.
How does having
an
executive coach
sound? In today’s Companies, executives are in need of new tools to create and
utilize the power of collective human behaviors. Consider this: If the results
you’re receiving are not the results you expect, then maybe it is time for
change. Many high profile executives such as Jack Welch and Michael Dell have
realized that people need Coaching. Why? Because it takes courage to change.
Galileo said,
"All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to
discover them." My question to you is: how soon are you willing to do
something?
Keep
In Mind about Executive Coaching...
-
Executive Coaching
is not for everyone, don't punish yourself if it doesn't work out. Focus on
getting a good fit with your coach. You're going to be doing a lot of work on
yourself, so it's important to have someone you trust.
-
Executive Coaching
isn’t for every business.
